Grits were perfect - creamy, rich, and delicous, not gritty at all.
Omelet was an overcooked cake of egg placed on top of tasty veggies and cheese. The ham in the omelet was fantastic. The veggies were browned nicely (onions and peppers were caramelized and soft).
Pancakes were very thick in texture, not light nor fluffy.
The breakfast sandwich was the best bite.
