We did not allow negativity from other guests that for whatever reason didn't want to be there, spoil our stay. The accommodations were great and the staff were courteous, friendly, and always very attentive to our needs. If we decide to go back, we would not hesitate to stay again at Highlands. A special thank you to the GM and staff that made our anniversary stay an enjoyable and memorable one.August 05, 2016
