  Ever since this place opened it has been slacking in all departments. I figured it would get better with training and that is not the case. Everytime I go I have to set 30 min off to the side to make sure I have enough time time to receive my food. There is always a long line in the drive thru and the rice is always horrible because it's undercooked. The quality of meats used in their Mexican foods are horrible. Today I went there and was at the drive thru at 10:26 and wanted to order a meal for my daughter to take to her at school for lunch and was told they do not start lunch until 10:30. The line was super long and there was no way they would have everyone in line taken care of in 4 min. HARDEES I will never eat at any of your locations again! I WISH SANTA ROSA BEACH WOULD HAVE NEVER LET SUCH TRASH IN. THERE ARE WAY BETTER FAST FOOD OPTIONS OUT THERE!

  Waited in drive through line for 20 minutes before going inside to find out what the problem was seeing as I had not moved in that 20 minutes. (The guy in front of me had already made a trip inside) I was told at the front counter that the manager told the drive thru person to stop taking drive thru orders so they could catch up on the orders inside the restaurant. (Mind you the parking lot was no more crowded than usual after all it was 1:30 in the afternoon). I told them that was crazy, unacceptable! "So I should come inside to order as it would be faster?!" Hmm thought that's what drive-thru was for - those people in a rush, not wanting to come in and sit down but on the fly. Guess I was wrong all these years. So back out to my truck to sit some more. Guess it did some good because a few minutes later we began to move but lo and behold I get to the window and you guessed it...had the nerve to ask me to hold on a minute for them. I said, did you just ask me to hold on??!! Crickets...I placed my order and when she asked if there would be anything else I said yes there would be, the manager on duty's name and the number to the corporate store would be wonderful and thank you! Total time right at 30 minutes to get 2 tacos with only 3 cars in front of me...WOW!
